• Introduced and implemented Invenias, a CRM and ATS system, as well as Campaign Monitor for email marketing. Led on the transition to Invenias from using a Google Sheet.• Introduce, improve and manage other systems, processes and workflows across the team and around our data, finances and communication. Use API, automation and integration platforms to improve efficiency and data quality.• Manage a WordPress website using the visual editor Elementor with some of my own front-end code. Introduced bespoke microsites for roles, customised to match our clients’ branding. I then built a template that allows colleagues to more easily post branded adverts themselves. These are used in pitches for new roles, often leading to an increased fee rate of 18% vs 15%.• Coordinate, manage and analyse data around charities, jobs, candidates and clients. Eg I developed an app to scrape data from a charity job board, making the task around 75% more efficient vs manual, and providing useful insight for business development and a salary benchmarking service.• Fulfil requests for data analysis and reports that benefit our team or are provided as a service to clients. I use formulae, pivot tables and visuals to display findings, with experience using Power BI to create reports.• Manage the onboarding, training and ongoing technical support of new staff from an IT and digital perspective, ensuring new starters have the tech and knowledge they need.

Provided television and radio listings on behalf of broadcasters and publishers. I entered programme schedules, synopses and metadata onto a database which chiefly served electronic media guides.

Managed marketing and digital content in the lead-up to a festival in Malawi. From April to October 2013 online marketing reached 560,000, with one in 10 people interacting in some way.

Recruited, trained and supported volunteers who delivered free community learning sessions. Also used Mailchimp and social media to promote sessions.

Responsible for managing social media across several of the charity’s programmes and for research into engagement of young people.
