• Month-end activities such as the preparation of Journals, and first-level approver of journals for several other business scopes. I reviewed between 100 and 200 journals monthly.
• Performing up to 50 Reconciliations using Blackline monthly.
• Constant use of SAP to monitor the status of Invoices among other AP tasks. Invoices not paid for over 60 days were escalated.
• Monthly and quarterly review of my processes and suggesting areas of improvements.
• Other Ad-hoc tasks.

• Prepare quality reconciliations through deep understanding of the figures reported.
• Prepare and post accruals to ensure the month-end results show the clear and fair picture.

• Daily application of both SAP and Power BI tools.

• Following up in Accounts payable invoices and ensuring they were paid within the standard 30 days.
