Responsible for all operational activities including strategic planning, product management, customer and product support, sales channel support, contracts, pricing, partner relationships and marketing content .➢ Establish product offerings, requirements, product plan and roadmap, release schedule, and licensing strategy based on revenue generation, competition, and customer request. ➢ Moved the InstantAccept suite of products from a downloadable application to a SaaS cloud based product that integrated with payment gateways and payment processors ➢ Stabilized the InstantAccept suite of QuickBooks integration products by creating and executing a strategy based on existing issues and freezing enhancements. ➢ Created strategy to build a new payment gateway product that provides customers the ability to switch card processor or payment gateway with minimal impact.➢ Created product strategy for an automated payment terminal software update that kept terminals up to with latest version, reduced customer operational time and expense and reduced terminal issues.➢ Collaborated with partner and ISV’s to integrate their products to the payment gateway API resulting in increased sales and revenue share opportunities.➢ Created marketing content including product brochures and sell sheets, web sites, demos, logos, videos and other marketing materials which described product features, benefits, can value proposition.➢ Managed multiple business partner relationships, which included contract negotiation, revenue and expense sharing, product development, creation of marketing material, co-marketing and sales planning and P&L.➢ Evaluated partner opportunities based on feature/functionality fit, integration capabilities, revenue contribution and product strategy.
