1. Successfully managed a team of GIS, Remote Sensing, Database & Web Programming Specialists (18 staff) in developing information management applications. 2. Successfully raised over $200,000 for payments from applications and products developed, 3. Established and equipped Geographic Information Systems (GIS) units in six ministries and trained over 30 staff in GIS and other aspects of information management. 4. Developed an information system on flood hazard prone areas, flood hazard frequency, vulnerable population and flood disaster risk information.

Successfully provided in-depth analysis of the evolving humanitarian situation to heads of UN agencies in Guinea to inform humanitarian programming in Sierra Leone.
