Reporting to the COO, heading the Treasury Management Product, Sales and Services unit of the bank. On the product side, leading a product team responsible for Treasury Management products – online/mobile, payments, receivables, merchant services analysis, credit cards, escrow sub-accounting (Master/sub, Landlord/Tenant, 1031s) and referral partnerships. Will also be responsible for shaping the product strategy and roadmap, as well as the development, communication, and implementation of new products and product enhancements. This includes interfacing with/managing RM’s, Sales, Operations, IT, Marketing and vendors as embark on the integration / conversion with First Citizens Bank. Leading the product strategy for internal corporate collections / lockbox services and internal/outsourced Treasury Mgmt client receivables processing.
