    I arrived at HCI to find an old and dated feel to the company. So, a few weeks in I suggested a rebrand to give it a modernized image and voice. We had our eye on entering the Dallas market, and I felt it best to consider this endeavor before our purchase. We did enter successfully with our new image. Budgeting: I delivered a 4:1 ROI on a $3K/month ad spend while managing a $30K quarterly COOP/MDF budget.I also noticed that sales were completely siloed and through MarTech show and tell I demonstrated the power of working together. I Successfully aligned sales and marketing for the first time in company history, achieving better cooperation it led to more leads and conversions.
