Placed 14 new vanpools into service. Conducted all vanpool sales meetings and coordinated all vanpool promotions. Produced slide presentations, posters and brochure inserts for program promotion. Improved efficiency by developing monthly reporting tables and created a statistical analysis program for the annual vanpool evaluation.

Supervised the operations of all vehicles in the Ohio van pool fleet. Coordinated all billings and authorizations. Trained and assisted 9 Local Ridesharing Offices throughout the state.
