Working as a software developer more than 10 years ago I experienced how challenging it is to take care of your body while the mind is focused on difficult tasks. Feeling stuck in my own body, I hired a personal trainer to help me with my back issues.Soon, I realized that I would like his job more than mine.And so, in 2015 I switched lanes and since then have been sharing what I have learned with others that suffer from back issues, low energy, and surplus body fat.Even though I started out in the gym I always felt that training online is not just an addition to personal training but a great standalone solution for a lot of people. That’s why since 2017 I focus on offering remote coaching services.Being location independent allows me to connect and work with exactly the people I can serve the best: people with similar backgrounds than me.My training philosophy is based on fostering achievable, sustainable fitness habits that make you take charge of your health and well-being. The key to a stronger and happier life isn’t short-term performance or vanity goals. It’s to keep moving.
