I have delivered several modules on behalf of the Department of Management and Organisation, SETU ranging from first to final-year students. I have also been involved in tuition for the Master of Business (HRM option) programme as part of their formal assessment.

As well as being a coordinator within Ardkeen quality food store I was manager of the Barista Bar Department. This role involves, maintaining stock levels, purchasing, training and development of new and existing employees, performance appraisals and maintaining the overall quality of service delivered.

The position I held within Ardkeen Quality Food Store was Customer Service Coordinator. This was a challenging role that required organisational skills, excellent communication skills and ensuring people are where need to be at the right time and planning for operational requirements. Most importantly it was ensuring that customers receive the top class customer service at all times.
