Great leaders know how to influence the decisions of others. Before Leaders can influence others they first learned to lead themselves. Great leaders lead by example and that comes from the inside.I have been blessed with many Mentors, opportunities in life to "Learn the Lesson" and kept finding myself in the Leaders role. From leading in NASA Mission Control or at a crossroads during my first semester at Texas A&M or as a Trainer at Tony Robbins personal growth events I learned that how I showed up inside was reflected on what my roles in life. A little about me, I have grown up as an introvert with a heavy dose of FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) in my life. This FOMO has cultivated and perpetuated my curiosity in life to learn and lead. At a very young age I noticed that people who lead with a deep caring heart are the true leaders in this world. So I paid attention to me and how I was showing up. I noticed I am a pleaser loving to give and serve others. Giving (pleasing) really lights me up, but for many years I thought pleasing was wrong thus I would beat myself up internally thinking it was bad to give too much of my time and money. Learning more about me and this value of pleasing I learned to use this passion and expertise in a great productive way. I serve others to help them find their internal leader. My love of life is to guide others to uncover their Inner leader by adding the strength of Choice to their life, at work and where it really count - at home.As a Leadership and Life Strategist - using multiple methods, intuition, insights, empathy and abilities come from my experiences.Teaching others how to master their Internal Leader is not just another product or service I offer, I have lived, survived and thrived by learning to lead myself from the inside first!I caring by giving you what is needed to help you see who you will become and it is your gift to me that I am witness to your growth, This growth and seeing you have a breakthrough epiphany or Ah-ha moment is masterful.
