My position at Nourish was within the BBOX project which aimed to enhance breakfast by automating the experience while offering craft coffee beverages and serving ethical delicious food. My responsibilities for testing concepts included organizing logistics, writing menus, staffing, running pop up restaurants and analyzing the data our team gathered to improve future iterations. Working in a start up environment gave me the opportunity to be creative, autonomous, and experimental.

It gave me great pride to serve the northwest side of Chicago’s Edison Park and Jeff Park with excellent service and create an environment that was friendly to workers so that they may grow, learn, and have a similar appreciation for being a part of Chicago culture.
