Lead and Direct the Sales/Applications Engineering Team, Field Service Team, Project Management Team, and Customer Service Team. Sales & Applications Engineering Team covers territories throughout the United States and around the globe. S&A Engineering Team is responsible for lead and opportunity management in conjunction with the outside sales team, proposal generation, developing design concepts, customer follow up, and contract negotiation. The field service team, consisting field service personnel throughout the United States, provides install/retrofit services, executes ongoing maintenance agreements, and performs startup/commissioning assistance in the power, oil & gas, and chemical/petrochemical industries. The Project Management team is responsible for successful execution of sold projects, maintaining strong customer relationships, on-time delivery, and ensuring expected profit targets are successfully achieved or improved. For complex systems, the Project Management Team serves as customer main point of contact after order. The Customer Service Team is responsible for order entry, order maintenance, logistics coordination, and often serving as a main point of contact for the customer after order.

Analyze samples to ensure the proper power plant chemistry limits and equipment throughout the power plant for the steam/water cycle, water treatment, plant discharge, and chemical feed. Determine proper course of action if measurement limits are below or exceed recommended plant limits. Work with plant operations, instrumentation & control, engineering, and plant maintenance to maintain optimal plant efficiency and determine needs to increase efficiency.
