Work responsibilities include, but not limited to the following: Prepares detailed cost proposals per villa wise covering estimates on Manpower, Tools & Equipment and Materials based on villa-wise scope of works and approved BOQ rates; monitors available resource levels and workload with all departments; controls and approves materials issuance request on a daily basis and produces weekly/monthly report of project's actual running costs and alerts the project management for all cost overruns; liaises with the site planner in the preparation of cost-loaded programs and obtain feedback on productivities and labour issues; prepares payment applications and supporting documentations and liaises with the consultant for follow-up and clarifications to ensure consultant's conformity with all issues on invoices; prepares cost analysis for additional works and valuation of cost impact for all claims entitlement resulting from site instructions, variation orders and project delays; handles day to day correspondence / replies related to project estimates, commercial claims and cost budgets; liaises with the project director regarding preparation and submission of tenders and supports tender negotiations with the client and follows up bid clarifications; develops tender control programs and action plans and monitors progress of tender preparation up to final submission.

Tender work responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:Responsible for the execution of the company policy in tendering; prepare enquiry synopsis and obtain pre-tender quotations from approved or nominated subcontractors/suppliers and ensures that quotations meet specification and important tender concerns; provide take-off, organize pricing schedules and prepare tender summary for meeting with senior managers; hold regular meeting with tender management team to review status of present/future/ enquiries, outstanding bids and estimating workload; ensure level of supports from other departments involved and prepare handover of documentation for successful bids.2. Project management work responsibilities included the following: Prepare interim & final valuations of all current projects; analyze and prepare variation costs & extension of time related claims of all current projects; Submit monthly progress reports and cash flow forecasting programs with respect with the planned schedules of all current projects; liaise for material/subcontractor submittals, reconciliation of reports; approvals & documents for material procurement and subcontractor works; review and prepare Payment Certificates of the evaluated and certified invoices from site management.
