I have 30 years of work experience in sales, product development, marketing, strategizing action plans and launching new products for the food industry. I started as technical sales representative in EKPI, Phils. until promoted to sales supervisor. After 5 years I became RSM and rose to NSM in 4 years in Adsia Eurobakers. In BSFIL i'm the Product Manager for bakery ingredients focusing in product applications and development of baking ingredients, premixes and customized blends. In 6 years, I was promoted to Marketing Manager, responsible for company profitability, product sustainability, creat marketing plans, NPD with close collaboration with the technical group, product improvement and innovations. In Brenntag, i'm the Business Unit Manager of Food & Beverage. My duties & responsibilities involve planning & managing overall business, driving & leading sales & marketing, ensuring annual sales target are met, management of customers, maintaining the key business partners & customers, developing new business opportunity to fulfill the organizational business plan and strategies. Currently, in Agri-Pacific Corp. i'm the Technical Sales Manager responsible for opening NEW potential customers and providing Sales with technical sales support via product knowledge, product demo, NPD, product customizations and product applications for the specific needs of our customers.
