Weld Overlay Cladding (Pipes, Fittings, Flanges), Spools Fabrication, Hot Induction Bending & Mechanical Lined Pipes Provide support to the project manager and project team in terms of schedule and cost control Participate in project planning and scheduling Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget develop and implement technical aspects of the project Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project success Prepare and maintain technical documentation Provide technical guidance and supervision to project team members Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project manager Identify and resolve technical issues as they arise Continuously improve technical processes and practices Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Assist in the preparation of project proposals and cost estimates Prepare a list of the Material to be bought with priority list. Prepare a detailed project schedule meeting the contractual delivery requirements, setting a target date for various activities like procurement, documentation, manufacturing, inspection, sub-contract services, and dispatch. Follow up the ordering of bought-out with the Procurement Department. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project, by effectively coordinating with clients, suppliers and internal departments. Maintain a record of the materials receipts from the sub-suppliers, job progress. Attend meetings- kick off meetings, Pre-inspection Meetings, Follow-up meetings. Arrange Third Party Inspection if any, in consultation with QC Department. Follow up Production and QC for the jobs advancement and timely deliveries on continuous basis. Inform Projects Manager any cost over runs on projects or slippage in contractual deliveries so as to take corrective and preventive actions.

 Conduct ocular and dimensional inspection of all geothermal gate valve parts according to API Standard Conduct Liquid Penetrant test of All finished weld and overlay process according to ASME boiler & pressure code Conduct hydrostatic test of all repaired geothermal gate valve according to API Standard pressure test Dimensional inspection of new fabricate/ new machined geothermal gate valve parts using Vernier calliper, inside calliper, outside calliper, micrometer. Conduct inspection or evaluate the status of gate valve if repairable or reject. Assist and give instruction on disassembly of all geothermal gate valves that will undergo repair Assist and give instruction on assembly of all geothermal gate valves.

 Conduct inspection of all parts in Electrostatic Precipitator Monitor the progress of shutdown repair of boiler  Make work progress daily report and provide regular updates to QC manager
