Responsible for improving equipment reliability, and representing the maintenance department during capital expenditure.

Responsible for supervising the bottling, processing and facility controls and electrical maintenance department.

• Responsible for daily maintenance of electrical systems and electronic components of automated bottling machinery including: depalletizers, conveyors, pasteurizers, fillers, labelers, packers, laser coders, video jet printers, and palletizers.• Programming, maintaining, and troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLC’s and HMI’s including: RSlogix 500 software, RSlogix 5 software, Control Logix using RSlogix 5000 software Panel Builder 32 software, and RSView software.• Installation and integration of new equipment used to enhance or improve the bottling process. • Specializing in the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of high-speed vision systems.

• Responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance of: printing presses, electrical motors, motor controllers, pumps, conveyors and associated delivery equipment, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, electric forklifts, and pallet jacks.• Wiring and troubleshooting motor control circuits, AC/DC motors, transformers and facility lighting fixtures on single and three phase circuit.

• Maintained accountability of WRN-6 GPS, UHF (LOS and SATCOM), VHF, HF communications systems, and included peripheral communication equipment onboard USS OBannon.
