Current- Dispatch Operations: Efficiently schedule and dispatch drivers for timely package deliveries while considering route optimization and customer delivery commitments.- Route Planning: Develop and implement optimized delivery routes using available software and real-time traffic updates to ensure on-time deliveries and minimize fuel consumption.- Communication: Maintain constant communication with drivers, providing necessary updates, guidance, and support throughout their shifts.- Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues that may arise during delivery, such as traffic delays, vehicle malfunctions, or other unforeseen circumstances.- DSP Compliance: Ensure adherence to Amazon's delivery service provider guidelines, policies, and standards to maintain a high level of service and customer satisfaction.- Performance Tracking: Monitor driver performance, track key metrics, and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and service quality.- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, driver logs, and any incidents or issues that occur during operations. Generate regular reports for management review.- Driving: Fill in for call outs, rescues, etc as needed to ensure all routes are completed each day.
