Including removing and updating employees eligibility for our random DOT drug testing policy with our consortium provider. I complete and maintain all company DOT DQ (Driver Qualification) and Human Resource confidential files. I recruit, screen, interview and place all employees. I supervise and consult for every department by organizing, planning, problem solving, critical thinking, communication, presentations, integrity, persuasive ability, adaptability and coaching skills when necessary.

I train and educate all of our distribution employees in the Federal Motor Carrier Regulations and CSA DOT HOS laws, rules, and accountability what it is, what it does, and what that means to us. How to operate effectively within the world of accountability and complete compliance. I also manage all the employees in transportation plus keeping up with equipment, tractors, trailers, and our customers. Which includes: tracking trends with our products, customers, fuel, mileage, equipment, our inbound and all outbound content, scheduling, oversee building of said trailers by their load and content counts, and payroll to name a few. I have extensive experience in Microsoft word, exel, kronos, power point, and AS400. I do customer relations. Trained and educated students and companies to obtain a class (A) or (B) CDL while educating the laws, rules, and regulations of the FMCSR. through a three week 160 hour program. Licensed and endorsed through the proprietary board of the state of KY. And a collaboration of WKTC, MCC. Courses include 40 hours of class room, 32 hours behind the wheel driving and backing, and 88 hours of observation per student. Which includes log book (HOS) training, map reading, trip, and route planning.
