I have been successfully in many professions. I am an accountant by background and have been in Banking, Law enforcement with State Government, Commercial Real Estate and more,Owned a Real Estate Company, owned a Mortgage Loan Brokerage Company, owned an Insurance Brokerage Company, Have been a Stockbroker, Securities Industry Brokerage, owned a Software Development Company, and have done Real Estate Development of homes and condos and more.In fact I held five professional licenses at the end of the seventies, As time has gone on, I currently am left with my Real Estate Brokers license.I donated time to two Los Angeles based major public charities simultaneously for 12 years each, and been on both their Boards of Directors. Also helped found two Temples and been on their Board of Trustees. Taught school for the US Army, Facilitated relationship seminars for an institution in Beverly Hills. Developed and copyrighted, in the Library of Congress, software programs in the early eighties and had my own software company. Taught Computer classes and also still enjoy building my own computers, as well. Developed homes and Condominiums.I have converted public company Defined Benefit to Defined Contribution employee programs. Been President of Registered Investment Adviser. Etc. Etc.Been lucky enough to have traveled over 88 countries, many, multiple times.Have attended the Academy Awards, Oscar's twice 2016 and 2017 with my passed girlfriend awarded an Oscar in 2020.Enough said, it’s all been fun.
