With strategy, I work with many stakeholders in the business to identify the problems, solutions, priorities and capital allocation across specified horizons. All this encapsulates in strategic direction for the firm.For investments, we identify opportunities suitable for the firm's required returns and run the due diligence process. Depending on the asset or acquisition, we customise and focus on different aspects to identify possible risks and mitigations either through price or warranties. Other special projects. This varies but typically involve an element of real estate undertanding, business development and a good grasp of finance. For example, its could be an asset enchantment initiative or the structuring of capital injection into an existing project.

North East, Singapore

Involved in overseas development opportunities at Malaysia and Indonesia. Responsibilities include sourcing, investment analysis, pricing, structuring and negotiation In charge of a 2 envelope Concept Price Tender (CPT) for a 425,000 ft Business Park Project in Singapore. Worked with our architects on the concept, developed the investment case and wrote the business plan which is a major requirement of the CPT. We won the land and the Business Park has been completed in 2018
