Conducted multiple builds at the Plant level to provide data in the improvement of design, production and quality. Worked with customers and engineering to produce tires that will perform well on their vehicles. Launched Run Flat Tire Series for Mercedes, BMW & Audi vehicles from sizes 17" to 23". Launched the Grabber Tire series for off road performance. Responsible for launching all tires and tire building equipment in real time, in the plant while ensuring the least amount of impact on current production lines.
