● Maintained communication with over 20 businesses to deliver a wide variety of remote IT services that meet their needs through Remote Desktop along with a third party screen sharing application. Organized and co-ordinated incoming support tickets with team members, utilizing a web-based ticketing system in order to efficiently provide support.● Administered Microsoft-based e-mail applications ranging from internal servers hosting Outlook Exchange 2007-2016 to online services hosted by Microsoft on the web (Outlook 365). ● Worked with the Technology team in handling all incoming hardware and software related errors from both our in-house Pharmacy Facility as well as Nursing & Retirement homes across on Ontario. These issues involved PC hardware and peripherals such as Monitors, Printers, Fax Machines, Scanners, Digital Bluetooth Pens, and more.● Provided a key role as an Administrator for both internal and external facility infrastructure.
