Joel has over 10 years of industry experience in the delivery of complex projects across both residential and commercial sectors, from extensive refurbishments and fitouts to new build and live environment works.Co-founding URBN Group in 2023, Joel's dedication, problem-solving skills, client responsiveness, and long-term relationships with our design and subcontractor partners ensure the best possible result across all projects.Joel is a registered domestic and commercial builder and has worked on the ground, getting crucial hands-on experience in project management and construction delivery. Joel is known for pushing the envelope on-site and is committed to aligning project deliverables with client needs.

Joel started his carpentry journey at Ultra Builders in 2012. Completing his apprenticeship while working on high end architectural homes in the West of Melbourne. Joel gained invaluable experience here working under one of Melbournes premier builders.
