I have worked in the BPO industry for more than 4 years as a customer service associate; I was assigned to different departments such: as billing, customer care, order entry, technical department, sales, and retentions. I have also worked as a virtual assistant with an Australian client; I was tasked with several roles which include data management (data reporting, creating dashboards organizing, and creating formulas on Smartsheet and Google sheet), administrative tasks related to marketing (monitoring and responding to messages on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Emails), and moderate data management that includes sorting and scraping. At the moment, I am a part-time online English teacher and a Database and Administration Support Coordinator.
