My core focus is excellent client experience, long term partnerships and ensuring technical solutions are relevant to client business requirements.I am zeroed in on Microsoft Intune planning, deployments, client communication and rollout campaigns from SMB to Enterprise organizations. I typically pair Intune with Azure AD Conditional Access and Multi Factor Authentication as part of a phased roll out campaign.I proudly help develop our employee development and human resources programs as IXS continues to evolve as an organization.

I provided proactive IT Consultant services to clients with a focus on assessments, project work, quality assurance and client relations.Technical support encompassed VMware and Hyper V virtualization deployments, Disaster Recovery prevention, Citrix XenDesktop administration, Active Directory and Messaging deployments, configuration and troubleshooting.Client relations and experience was a core focus as I worked to ensure clients experienced high levels of service.I led the Kamloops Graycon team providing leadership, technical escalation and account management services.

I provided onsite support to all Movie Gallery retail locations across Canada in addition to providing a variety of IT support to the Kamloops BC Distribution Center and the Movie Gallery Canada head office in Richmond, BC.
