I am responsible for identifying, assessing, and implementing employee benefits tools and technology (e.g. health plan analytics, benefits and HR administration, benchmarking, etc.) for use by benefits advisers so they can attract and retain their corporate clients. Key responsibilities include:*vendor and product analysis*negotiating enterprise-wide contractual arrangements with preferred terms and conditions *development of marketing and communication strategies to promote new vendor partnerships within the advisor distribution.
