•Rig site coordinator on Rig H&P - 484•Material, Crew, Transport Coordination.•Daily operation reports.•Material requests, Inventory, Offload & Backload of cargo.•Field transfers, trip tickets, POB, MRF's, Rig Move coordination & reports.•Operation coordination, 3rd party personnel & rental equipment coordination. Keep a watch over UHF radios and internal rig communications.•Other periodic jobs including assisting the mechanical & electrical department in routine PMS jobs when requested.

•Provide after sales support to the existing customer.•Understanding the needs of the customer & expanding and improving the existing relation by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.•Accepting new orders and ensuring correct products and services are delivered to the customer.•Serve as the main communication link between the customer and internal teams. Resolve any issues and complaints by the customer and provide an assurance and develop trust.•Keep the customer updated regarding their shipments and provide periodic reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis.

●Responsible for communication and operation of communication equipment like VHF, MF HF SSB, INMARSAT, service helicopter radio and landing operations.●Maintain Radio Log.●Communicate with marine vessels for getting their present location using latitude and longitude and present ROB – Remaining on board & POB – Personnel on board.●Communicate with Supply/ Tug/ Anchor handling tug regarding movements/supply run.●Communicate and Coordinate with Tow Master, Jackman & Towing Tugs during rig move operations.●Communicate with the local airport, helicopter pilot using aircraft radio, helideck radio regarding the arrival and departure timings (ETA, ETD) and issue landing clearance.●Instructing all vessels in the field about their movement.●Coordinate with clients for sending /receiving project document a daily reports by using e-mails.●Responsible for the movements of inbound and outbound personnel. Allocate Rooms on board, issue security pass, passenger manifest, Maintain POB etc…● As a HLO communicate with helicopter pilot to the sign in and sign out personal from Rig, make sure to provide the landing clearance on rig helideck.●Communicate with oilfield control complex regarding various day to day operations and request necessary permissions as well provide requested information.●Communicate with local port marine controls for inward and outward clearances of our vessels on a daily basis so as to facilitate smooth offshore operations.●Make arrangements with client to provide fuel and fresh water and send daily ROB reports.●Prepare and send daily progress reports, POB reports and ROB reports.

• Perform manual and skilled labor task.• Chipping, Buffing & Painting / applying protective coat to the areas of the main deck and other places as required.• Cleaning and housekeeping of the deck areas.• Assisting the crane operator for the loading and unloading of cargo from vessels.• Assist in the repair and lubrication of machinery.• Supplied equipment to the rig floor and assist them as required.• Assist the crane operator to move equipment and other loads daily.• Assist the departments to perform PMS activities.• Operate high pressure power washing equipment.• Assist the AD and the crane operator to drift & move tubulars to the Rig Floor.

● Operate cash, advance and run administration works in the office.● Keep cash in a safe place at a maximum and minimum level to ensure the payment of cash on time.● Pay all invoices to be paid by cash.● Collect cash from customers or debtors if payment is made by cash.● Handle advance and follow up advance balance.● Ensure the cash is deposited/withdrawal from the bank.● Do accounting operation relative to cash handling.● Maintain monthly cash reports.● Maintain the necessary day books.● Maintain sales record.● Submit the monthly records to the charted accountant.
