•Direct, monitor, and motivate assigned personnel to provide quality maintenance in all tasks in order to ensure maintenance is completed.•Provide continuing up-to-date training to all personnel assigned in order to provide quality maintenance personnel to the maintenance department.•Inspect maintenance work done by assigned personnel to ensure maintenance is completed correctly and efficiently.•Maintain awareness of division workload to ensure that maintenance needs are met in an efficient and proactive manner.•Manage the intense daily activities of 4 different maintenance departments to ensure that all aspects of the operations were as efficient and cost effective as possible. •Train work center supervisors in the management and direction of assigned work centers.•Manage and maintain the Occupational Safety and Health program in accordance with all federal, state and local laws.•Manage and maintain the Hazardous Materials Control and Management program in accordance with all federal, state and local laws.•Manage and maintain the Tool Control program in accordance with all federal, state and local laws.•Install, maintain and repair the structural and hydraulics systems on AH-1W, AH-1Z, UH-1Y, and UH-1N aircraft.•Perform duties of a quality assurance inspector with respect to installation and repair of aircraft systems and components.•Perform program and work center inspections as a quality assurance representative in order to ensure a safe, efficient, and effective maintenance department.•Perform duties as a distributed technical publications librarian, in order to keep publications current.•Perform duties as hazardous materials control and management program manager.•Provide expertize in hazardous waste regulation, hazardous material handling, first response-operations.•Train assigned employees in hazard communication, first response, and hazardous waste handling.

Employ the M16A2 service rifle, the M203 grenade launcher and the squad automatic weapon (SAW). Riflemen are the primary scouts, assault troops, and close combat forces available to the MAGTF. They are the foundation of the Marine infantry organization, and as such are the nucleus of the fire team in the rifle squad, the scout team in the LAR squad, scout snipers in the infantry battalion, and reconnaissance or assault team in the reconnaissance units. Noncommissioned officers are assigned as fire team leaders, scout team leaders, rifle squad leaders, or rifle platoon guides.
