• Responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating clinical trial agreements (including site budgets) with US and ex-US institutions and related documents• Responsible for reviewing and negotiating Confidential Disclosure Agreements with US and ex-US institutions.• Provide continuing support on executed agreements (e.g., drafting amendments, extensions and terminations, interpreting contractual language in response to issues or questions that arise)• Work closely with members of the Clinical and site payment teams and other internal clients• Track, maintain and update the company contract management systems related to CTAs or studies assigned to manage is current and accurate• Follow internal company processes specific to contracting process guidelines related to contract management systems and department processes; offer and contribute to existing or new department process guidelines to ensure consistencies and improvements

• Translated clinical trial protocol required procedures to relevant Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes to appropriately apply fair market value costs• Liaised with Business Development department to establish and provide required investigator fee estimates and provided ballpark estimations on projects where minimal information was available• Developed master budget templates for each country per feasibility specifications according to available protocol information and fair market value costs• Lead project specific meetings to go over budget template, and answer any questions about budget development• Liaised with contract negotiators during site agreement negotiations to assist with budget questions• Created client specific processes to streamline budget development and provide a structure that could be followed for future studies• Accurately recorded and updated all applicable logs and maintained all tracking tools as requested

•Perform and coordinate all activities required to develop investigator grant budget grids ensuring compliance with local legislation and practice•Drafts applicable payment terms and conditions templates for investigator grant budget grids ensuring compliance with local legislation and practice•Acts as single point of contact and escalation with internal/external clients for investigator budget development, process and negotiation parameters. •Facilitate effective budget negotiation in collaboration with key stakeholders•Adapt investigator grant budget grids and payment terms to client and investigational site requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders to include internal/external clients’ project team(s) and legal team(s)•Serve as single point of contact and escalation with internal/external client for budgetary issues and negotiations throughout the lifecycle of a study. Assume responsibility for any ongoing budget amendments.
