At lippert my role started as an LIT (Leader in training). This required myself to learn and understand as many roles, products, and processes within my assigned division while networking along the way. After 1.5 months, I was offered the Manufacturing Manager role in a rapidly growing product group. This role require me to learn and utilize D365.

During this role, I was responsible to learn the assigned job at hand and complete it in the expected time frame. I started out assigned to an electrical group wiring the power converters to the units as well as filling in any gaps throughout each line role of the product. I later moved to floor up plumbing of the units as well as filling in any gaps the.

My primary job was to complete service jobs in a timely manor and 100% customer satisfaction. Most of my time I was responsible for training all new hires. This took anywhere from 30-60 days depending on the role. Teaching not only how to install a garage door. But training how to organize the service truck, maintain inventory levels on their truck.
