Joel is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng & IntPE) and a Project Management Professional (PMP). He has demonstrated his ability to coordinate the delivery of a project in terms of its technical scope as well as its financial management. This combined with his strong communication and people management skills, has proven him to be an effective manager and leader. With a civil engineering and commercial background, Joel has developed project management expertise on dozens of projects around Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, and Brunei.Experienced on major projects such as North East Link, SPA & CTD Level Crossing Removals, Regional Rail Revival and Gawler Electrification, Joel provides technical management and coordination of integrated designs and oversees their submission in accordance with the technical, quality and safety scope requirements. His design and key stakeholder coordination experience spans from Concept Design through to Detailed Design and As-Builts.In an Advisory capacity, Joel is responsible for all delivery aspects for his technical advisory projects. This involves management of the scope, program and cost of the concept designs, future feasibility assessments and technical strategies.
