Much of his work with existing and historical facilities has focused on fostering sustainable design while maintaining and enhancing the architectural character of the original structure.Mr. Donlon has participated in the design of renovations and alterations to Harvard Divinity School's Rockefeller Hall and served as Project Manager for the construction phase. Mr. Donlon helped to transform this former dormitory into a welcoming facility with high-tech seminar rooms, dining service, and administrative offices. The building was upgraded to meet current life safety, accessibility, and seismic requirements while maintaining its stylistic integrity. Emphasis was placed on sustainability: the has achieved LEED Gold certification. In addition, Mr. Donlon served as Project Manager for the renovation of the Radcliffe Institute for Advance Study's historic Fay House and has contributed to our design of the Curtis Institute of Music's Lenfest Hall, a new music performance venue and student residence.Mr. Donlon has contributed to the Construction Documents phase of our renovation of Guild House, VSBA's landmark 1965 group residence for Philadelphia's Friends Neighborhood Guild. Mr. Donlon was also on our team for design of the South Bridge Luxury Condominium in Philadelphia and contributed to the Construction Documents phase for the Episcopal Academy Chapel -- an iconic building at the heart of their new campus.
