I am currently a Construction Supervisor at XTO Energy. I manage the construction of well pads, lease roads, frac ponds, and any other construction needs that may come up. In addition to my responsibilities as a construction supervisor, I am also privileged to be a certified VitalSmarts Influencer Instructor. In this position I travel throughout the company and lead a leadership training course that teaches behavior change strategies. Since becoming an Influencer Instructor I have become a student of leadership/self-improvement and have read every book I can get my hands on regarding the subject. I am enthralled by the idea of proficiency and perfection and I continually strive for self improvement. As this has had such an impact in my life I am equally devoted to helping everyone around me reach their full potential. I believe we are a product of the people we surround ourselves with and with that in mind I believe we all have a duty to lift and help one another become the best that we can be. I have a very diverse work history where I have been privileged to acquire a broad range of skills. I currently serve as the Bishop for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Quitman, Ar. I have a small farm and a herd of cattle. When I am not at work, church, or at the farm I am hunting, fishing, or chasing my kids.
