John Deere Power Systems - Auxiliaries Senior Mechanical Design Engineer.• Auxiliaries Subsystem Module Team Lead.• Definition of the auxiliaries subsystem design for new engine programs to meet John Deere internal vehicle applications (C&F, AG, and Forestry) and the OEM market.• Front-end auxiliary drive subsystem design: belt layout, pulleys (sheet metal and casting), belt tensioner, and idler pulleys implementation.• Lead design activities for engine auxiliaries' subsystems throughout the development cycle, from concept through virtual and physical build, testing, and production implementation.• Component design following international standards: ISO & SAE.• Co-development of subsystems and components to reduce costs.

John Deere Power Systems - Auxiliaries Mechanical Design Engineer.- Product design components using PTC CREO and Windchill. - Lead design activities for engine auxiliaries’ components (Alternators, Starters, Air Compressors, AC Compressors, Pulleys, Fan, Fan Drives, Idler Pulleys, Gears, Spline Drives, Casting Housings, Casting Supports, and Sheet metal Brackets) for development cycle, from concept development through virtual and physical build, testing and production implementation. - Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to manufacturing, quality, production, and supply management teams to meet product requirements. - Crate and maintain BOM structures and lead engine auxiliaries’ components workflow through the system. - Design Reviews to release new production and prototype components for engine builds. - Organized trainings within engine engineering team and couched less experienced engineers within the team.

• Analysis, design, and validation of a test bench for VW Puebla.• High-cycle fatigue analysis of the front knuckle due to braking force on the vehicle.• Preparation of manuals for test bench assembly.
