I manage projects and find new ways to complete jobs efficiently. I am data-driven, insightful and host a broad range of skills that help me excel on any project I undertake.I began working as a cabinet installer but my love for technology took over when we started MachMotion. At the beginning of MachMotion I set up all the accounts and accounting systems, built the website (version 1 and 2), paid the bills, and managed IT.Over time my job morphed from doing a little bit of everything to managing procurement and production. I have built an incredible order tracking system that is used for project management, job costing, time tracking, and reporting. One of my greatest personal accomplishments that I did before moving to St. Charles was designing, budgeting, and building a 2000 SQ FT house (I did sub a lot of the work out) while working my full-time job at MachMotion. It makes my day when a job comes together on time and within budget!For the past 18 months I have worked at Watlow Electric as a Production Team Leader, which I have thoroughly enjoyed. I was managing up to 5 teams and up to 50 team members, was part of a VSA and ran a Kaizen event. When I am not managing projects, I like to spend quality time with my family, doing anything with my hands like wood working, fixing an electronic or anything outdoors.
