Through my work for Mosaic Brands reporting directly to the CEO these interactions have not only broadened my business acumen but also ignited my passion for driving business growth & success in the retail industry.Through my career experience i have learnt all different departments of a business to enhance my professional development, such as strategic planning, forecasting, business engineering and implementing growth strategies. I've immersed myself in multifaceted aspects of retail operations which using my skills in commerciality & visual merchandising allows me to see through the customers eyes.Having professional experience as a Senior leader I've learnt the importance of effective communication, team empowerment & leading by example. I've had the privilege of leading strategic initiatives for the brand Katies at my time at Mosaic Brands, being accountable for a brand of 95 stores and contributing to an annual revenue of over $50 million.
