Act as primary contact for Electronic Data Interface projects.• Collaborate with relevant areas to analyze project goals, develop requirement documents and manage cost, time & quality of implementation.• Communicate on an ongoing basis with internal and external business partners regarding the project status, expectations and potential customer impact. Participate in formal presentations regarding the project.• Coordinate IT and Quality Assurance resources to ensure deliverables are implemented on time and meet minimum standards of quality. Responsible for business requirements, tech design and test plan creation, review and/or approval. • Organize, create and carry out training curriculums related to the project.

• Manage the development, implementation and maintenance of promotional materials, including: website, direct mailings, corporate brochures, e-blasts, and newsletters.• Proactively build strong media relationships and secure positive news stories.• Develop a quarterly sales and marketing strategy working directly with firm’s president.• Make outbound calls, solicited Requests For Proposals from prospective clients, and write proposals for new business. • Develop and maintain a marketing database of client and prospective client information.
