I learned digital design on the fly at i4 Design in Los Angeles, Oct. ‘98 to Apr. 2000. There I cut my teeth with page layout, photo retouching, image editing, and project management. I designed annual catalogs and monthly circulars for our primary client, a distributor of electronic entertainment and video game accessories.

Got my first real gig in 1993 at Grafic Atrvertising/Brew Tees, a prolific screenprinter in Portland, ME. As the sole in-house artist, I designed t-shirts and other wearable merchandise for an eclectic handful of clients including Children’s Miracle Network, Muscular Dystrophy Association, and — most notably — microbrewers from around the globe.
