As a project manager for The Hagerman Group, Joel is accountable for the overall success of the construction project and team. Throughout a project’s duration, he will monitor project cost, quality, and schedule status.

As a project engineer for The Hagerman Group, Joel is involved in a multitude of project management roles including documentation, subcontract, cost, and schedule management. Joel utilizes change management, accounting, scheduling software, and cloud based construction management programs to help The Hagerman Group in its role as a construction solutions provider to its clients.

As a Assistant Superintendent Joel has run and assisted in the construction of multi-million dollar multi-family housing projects for Signature Construction LLC, a part of Pedcor Investments.Joel's primary focus was on slab on grade, stick frame/panelized construction, light commercial, underground utility, sitework, paving, and amenities.Joel was tasked with plan review, RFIs, Submittals, day to day construction management, safety, navigating local permitting, municipality dealings, tele-handler/forklift operation, fast track scheduling, contract negotiations/disputes, pre-planning, Energy Star compliance, punch-out, and turn key delivery to Owner.
