I Perform duties as a Heavy Wheeled Vehicle Operator in a Heavy Equipment Transportation (HET) Company. I Serve as a senior vehicle operator and assists in operation of vehicles over varied terrain to include snow and ice in support of garrison and field exercises; manage loading and unloading of personnel and equipment and protect cargo against damage; perform vehicle self recovery and field expedients to include towing and snow chains; assist in training and maintaining driver skills for drivers; ensures deadline vehicles have correct parts on order; responsible for the welfare of subordinate Soldiers; responsible for the maintenance and readiness of the vehicle and equipment. Additionally, I supervise drivers performing preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS) on vehicles. Operates in the truck terminal as a squad leader. Trains new drivers and manages the driver sustainment training program. Plans, organizes, and operates a motor vehicle convoy. Performs convoy route reconnaissance. Commands a convoy march unit or serial. Supervises transporting of all types of cargo. Posts and controls guards used to prevent pilferage and vandalism of cargo and equipment. Takes charge of vehicle recovery. Supervises personnel preparing vehicles for deployment.

Organize, participate, and raise funds for various Veteran related causes and organizations. I have participated in events such as the Bataan Death March Memorial Marathon, Housing 4 our Vets, Frozen Otter Ultra Trek, Special Olympics, VetsRoll, and numerous others. My immediate family hosts an annual Holiday party at a local shelter every year for the past 10+years in which we get all of the shelter children "adopted" for the holiday. I have served as a Squad Leader for several COVID-19 testing teams and Mobile Vaccination teams throughout the state of WI since May 2020. I coordinate with the WI Public Health Department to complete reconnaissance for potential testing and vaccine sites, construct plans for site operations, including inventory and maintenance of equipment and supplies, breakdown, and set-up of clinic sites, perform sample collections, daily transport of samples to toxicology lab, screening and registering of patients, client observation, and Wisconsin Immunization Registry data entry. COVID-19 Emergency Response Teams provide testing and vaccination clinics for hospitals, clinics, factories, residential facilities, jails, prisons, schools, etc.
