1) Researching Client business needs in order to assist with the Digital Transformation of their Customer Loyalty Programs on the company's Software as a Service (SaaS) Platform.2) Identifying critical requirements and collaborating with the DevOps and Quality Assurance teams for Product Development and Alpha testing.3) Management of Project Sprints and active collaboration with Product Development and Quality Assurance teams to ensure timely Product Development and Testing.4) Interacting with Clients for Queries and Product Development Reports on a weekly basis, and handling client grievances as per Service Level Agreements for expedited resolution of issues on Production Server.5) Conducting periodic Market Research of current trends and technologies to identify potential additions to the current SaaS Platform for enhancement of Customer Experience.
