I'm currently working at Oddy Labs, Hyderabad where I aid the HR in screening candidates from various platforms and help recruit the best possible ones from the pool. I enjoy meeting new people and seeking out ways to help them. All those who know me will definitely describe as an upbeat person with good communication skills as well as a good sense of humor. I say 'good' because I believe that people need to constantly develop and hone whatever skills they possess - the communication part. I consider myself a pretty good orator and team leader. I know how to handle people and positively influence them to be their better selves. I believe that this ability is crucial for an HR manager as people don't always see eye to eye and conflicts arise all the time which needs to be resolved swiftly and effectively.
