Assist the service department in providing customers with a quality experience through performing a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties including: taking, referring, and processing service related phone calls from customers and team members; analyzing and dispatching service requests; maintain paper and computer files; prepare reports, records, and correspondence; other projects and duties as assigned.

Perform general inspections of assigned IEM equipment per federal MRC card guidelines, ensure that all military equipment is mission ready and capable for needed deployment and training purposes. submit al job requisitions that are in need of repair and/or parts per EMSNG system

Building strong customer relationship. Greet and consult customers on service needs, perform a thorough vehicle walk around inspection as part of the write-up, sell and up sell services by emphasizing value, keep customers updated on services, field all live service calls, and take ownership of the customers experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave an impressionable experience with the customer.
