1. Solicits accounts by marketing and promoting the products and services of the company to target markets.2. Monitors and forecast sales both for new and renewal accounts3. Conduct coaching session on entrepreneurial and financial management to customer4. Attend to customer question, complaints and concerns immediately and courteously. Facilitates satisfactory resolution of all issues by the customer.5. Performs other tasks as directed by the management.

1. Monitoring and controlling the level of needs of the area and personnel staff.2. Visiting area of the clients making sure all the incoming collection meets the required amount of accounts receivable.3. Provide process flow of collection of account receivable from end to end process.4. Making weekly and monthly report for the performance of the team in terms of the percentile of meeting the target.5. Conducts evaluation of all handled personnel and staffs regarding their performance appraisal.6. Conducting final interview with the applicants.
