Direct contact with the Senior Facility Manager. Supports and/or oversees multiple job functions- Facilities Help Desk, Fleet management, Shipping & receiving, Inventory management, Provide assistance to Move coordinator’s for scheduled weekly moves.Perform routine inspections of lobbies, conference rooms and convenience centers and all public areas throughout the facility and ensure areas are thoroughly clean and inventories maintained. Daily support of network and workstation printers. Responds to customer support requests and ensures that they are resolved quickly, accurately, and professionally. Escalates problems to a technician as necessary.General facilities duties: replacing light bulbs and ceiling tiles, fixing doors on cabinets, moving tables and other furniture, pest control, working with move coordinators, AED monitor, supervise cleaning crewFull service mail operation which includes USPS, UPS and FEDEX incoming and outgoing mail & packages.Responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships with vendors that service facility (Including but not limited to: HVAC, Cleaning Services, Building Management, Cintas, Snack vendors, Electricians)Maintain high level of customer service by interacting/communicating quickly and thoroughly with business unit leads or their designee. Being visible in every aspect of the company’s operations and being available as needed for company functions & outside events. Coordinate events through space assignment, vendor coordination, reserving security and purchasing items. Support all facilities, security and safety related operations (AED Training, Red Cross Training, Fire Safety Training, Evacuation Procedures, New Hire Orientation, Intruder Protocols, COI, Theft Protocols, and Hazardous Material Training).Supported move of customer to new location. Strategized with planners, movers and facilities operations to facilitate move and relocate employees.
