• Prepare & complete bi-weekly payroll procedure via Infinite Visions• Submit retirement wage forms• Send quarterly grant expenditure reports• File mandated quarterly tax reports (941 Federal & RI State)• Forecast general ledger expenditures• Answer employee inquiries - Payroll & Human Resources• Complete adjusting journal entries as needed• Bank reconciliations• Update chart of accounts by UCOA (Uniform Chart of Accounts) - Rhode Island Department of Education

• Responsible for all financial accounting systems including financial forecasting and reporting, budget preparation, bank reconciliations, & year-end financial reports• Maintain federal (Special Education and Title Funds) and state grants• Oversee business office staff• Prepare for the annual audit of all financials• Consulting/Implementation of payroll

• Responsible for all financial accounting systems including financial forecasting and reporting, budget preparation, bank reconciliations, & year-end financial reports• Acts as the advisor to the District Leadership Team on school budget and financial matters• Responsible for the maintenance of federal (Special Education and Title Funds) and state grants• Oversee accounts payable and payroll staff• Keep up to date on all current accounting laws, GASB + GAAP• Prepare for the annual audit of all financials• Submit proper statewide UCOA (Uniform Chart of Accounts) format for district chart of accounts• Complete annual Municipal Transparency Portal (MTP) files to state
