Responsible for significantly contributing to the strategic planning and direction of the Bank. Overseeing the Lending, Deposit and Customer Relationship Growth; developing, implementing and achieving annual goals and objectives as established in the annual plan.

Responsible for banking strategy solutions, including credit and depository products and delivery to Idaho Trust Bank business and personal clients.

Responsible for leading St. Alphonsus community outreach initiatives and strengthening corporate and community relationships to ensure St. Alphonsus continues to expand needed services to each of the communities we are privileged to serve.

U.S. Bank has Private Banking, Private Trust Group/Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, Commerical Real Estate Lending, Consumer and Business Banking services. Products range from credit cards and consumer banking to global wealth management and investment banking services.

My job as District President was to support our bankers at Key with both world-class service and a rich product offering that met the needs of our business and consumer clients throughout the great State of Idaho. Our business model serviced Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Consumer, and Private Banking client needs. We did this with a very well-trained and talented group of employees who enjoyed their work.

Served in various roles in Retail and Private Banking until I was named District President in August of 2003.
