Responsible for supervision and evaluation of the undergraduate and graduate programs in the School of Allied Health which include the Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Sciences (BSRS), Radiologic Technologist to Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Sciences (RT to BSRS), Bachelor of Applied Science in Allied Health (BASAH), and Master of Science in Radiologic Sciences (MSRS) programs.

Responsible for clinical education and teaching of didactic courses at both the undergraduate and graduate level, including: Information Management, Operations and Resource Management, Quality Management, Health Care Informatics, Research in Healthcare, Radiographic Positioning, Medical Terminology, First Aid and CPR, and Introduction to Radiology. Other responsibilities include the development and implementation of courses, including Health Care Informatics and Foundations of Patient Care. Also responsible for the supervision and evaluation of students in the clinical setting. Participate in grant writing, scholarly research, publication, and presentations.

Combined clinical knowledge, Lean Healthcare and Six Sigma strategies, and computer programming skills to effect positive clinical transformation within the healthcare setting. Designed platforms that enabled CPOE and point-of-care documentation by medical staff. Educated physicians and medical personnel in the use and benefits of EMR through ongoing workshops.

Perform the duties of radiographer during all routine and interventional cardiac and peripheral procedures. Coordinate research for various cardiologists in the preparation of scholarly manuscripts. Proctor for new devices introduced into the cath lab. Preceptor for new employees. Cath Lab Safety Officer responsible for ensuring adherence to radiation safety principles. Maintain a thorough understanding of patient care, including telemetry interpretation and ACLS.

Perform the duties of a staff technologist and lead technologist during endoscopic procedures. Proctor for new devices introduced into the endoscopy lab. Preceptor for new employees.

Perform the duties of radiographer to quickly and efficiently obtain radiographs in a trauma setting (Level I Trauma Center). Assist physicians in all aspects of fluoroscopic procedures, including trauma surgery procedures.

Imaged patients in a variety of settings and situations, including long-term care facilities, psychiatric institutions, prisons, and private homes. Maintained proficiency in telemetry interpretation while administering EKG's on patients.
