Managed the CREST re-entry program from Maryborough to Carins, including in-prison and community support. This involved four correctional centres, four Community Corrections regions and three external NGO providers.

Supervised 200+ high security / low needs prisoners and eight officers each day for approximately three months, before moving areas to supervise two to three officers and six high security / high risk prisoners on a daily basis for approximately seven months. Daily oversight of internal disciplinary proceedings for all prisoners and frequently lead Emergency Response Group teams in high risk situations.

Two years managing high risk prisoners with cognitive and mental impairment, and approximately 12 months managing high security mainstream prisoners in various areas of the centre.
