The current staff of 1350 employees has moved through three temporary hospital settings and today enjoy a state of the art hospital with 150 beds. We promote in every encounter – patients, families and staff and to lead the mission program with strong emphasis in clinic and physician formation.Vice President, Mission January 2013 – PresentLocal Accountability for Leadership Formation – Executive/one-on-one formation, Customer Service, Service Excellence training, Chaplaincy, Palliative Care, Ethics, Volunteers, Strategic Marketing (ACO, business development), Project Access – a program to provide primary care to patients who do not otherwise qualify for health care support.
